Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During product launches, holidays, or restocks, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your items.

Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will ship when all items are available.
To ship in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Estimated ship dates for pre-order items will be listed on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the U.S. whenever carrier restrictions allow. Oversized items may require a physical address.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to most countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.

International transit times vary and may be delayed due to customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can help file a claim or arrange a replacement.

For shipping insurance, we recommend selecting the Route/Shop Protect option at checkout (if enabled on your site).

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

After spending years in the city working in insurance, Kaci traded skyscrapers for wide open skies and embraced life on a working ranch, where she lived for seven years. Immersed in a slower, more intentional way of living, she found inspiration in the quiet beauty of the land—but quickly realized most Western home decor didn’t reflect the calm, earthy aesthetic she had grown to love.

What started as a personal search for subtle, modern Western design soon grew into something much bigger: Western Grande. The brand was born from the desire to honor Western heritage with a fresh perspective—elevated, grounded, and uniquely versatile.

As life evolved, so did the brand. From timeless home accents to playful baby collections filled with soft textures and cheerful, unexpected color palettes, every Western Grande product is made with heart—and designed to bring a little more warmth, joy, and connection into your everyday life.
